The soccer field at Smith Fields is a soccer specific
stadium which had its first game played on it in the fall of 2002.
The field boasts a 120 x 75 yard natural grass playing surface that
is well manicured and irrigated. The players are guarded from the
weather by plexiglass dugouts and team rooms to meet in prior to a
match and during the halftime interval. The field is lit to allow
for allow night games.
The field has a press box, state-of-the art sound system,
and a customized scoreboard. The building at Smith Fields houses a
full-service concession stand, men and women restrooms, team rooms,
and a ticket booth. The second floor of the "clubhouse" has the
press box and a "skybox" or meeting room that seats approximately
30 people.
