Marian continues winning-streak

(Milwaukee, WI) - The Sabres won their fifth straight match on Saturday afternoon as they defeated MSOE 8-1. The Sabres won all three doubles matches and five of the six singles matches to move to 8-3 on the year and 6-1 in the Northern Athletics Conference.
Michelle Zwicky (Fond du Lac, WI), Rebecca Heczko (Iron Mountain, MI), Emily Bates (Fond du Lac, WI), and Reilly Connaher (Fond du Lac, WI) all won their singles matches in two sets. Melanie Seitz (Panama City, Panama) won an exciting three-set match.
At #1 doubles, Zwicky and Jamie Raquet (Kiel, WI) teamed up for an 8-5 victory. At #2 doubles, Heczko and Connaher were 8-3 winners and at #3 doubles, Bates and Seitz came away with an 8-2 victory.
