(Fond du Lac, WI) - Marian senior Danielle Grable (Neenah, WI) was recently named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team. Grable was named as a Second Team selection for her work both on the field and in the classroom.

Grable, a forward for the Sabres, helped the Sabres win their first-ever Northern Athletics Conference Tournament game on Saturday, as she scored one of the two Sabre goals. She currently leads the team in points with 31, as she has scored 13 goals and added 5 assists. She has scored a goal in nine straight games and in ten of the last eleven games.

In the classroom, the Nursing major sports a 3.68 grade-point-average.

Grable and the Sabres will take on Aurora University on Tuesday, November 3 in the semifinals of the NAC Tournament.
