(Waukesha, WI) - The Northern Athletics Conference has announced the All-NAC awards for the 2010 baseball season. Marian University had three players receive recognition.

The awards, as selected by the baseball coaches of the NAC, include a 15-member First Team, honorable mention selections, a 10-member All-Freshman team, a 12-member All-Sportsmanship team, and the four major awards of Position Player, Pitcher, Freshman, and Coach of the Year. This year's First Team All-NAC was expanded to 16 members due to a tie at the catcher's position.

He also recorded 14 doubles and 3 triples. On the mound, Holtz finished with a 1-2 record and also recorded a save. He sported a 4.00 ERA.

Holtz finished second in the NAC in on-base percentage, fifth in batting average and slugging percentage, sixth in hits, and eight in total bases. He also led the conference in hit-by-pitches.

Klismith, Marian's only senior, was named as a Honorable Mention selection. The catcher/outfielder hit .403 this season with 18 doubles, 2 triples, and 3 home runs. He led the team with 40 RBIs. His 18 doubles tied a single-season school record. He was second on the team with a .626 slugging percentage.
