May 4, 2013 | Baseball Offense Sputters as NAC Tourney Hopes Fade The Marian University baseball team went into Kapco Park and the Northern Athletics Conference regular season finale needing a series split against Concordia University Wisconsin to clinch a spot in the conference tournament, but the Falcons prevented that from happening with a sweep over the Sabres as stellar pitching and defense sent the hosts in as the fifth seed and the Sabres on the outside looking in, wondering what could have been.
May 2, 2013 | Baseball Sabres Upended by Lawrence on the Road, 2-1 Getting men on base wasn’t a problem for the Marian University baseball team this afternoon, May 2. It was getting them in. The Sabres left 11 runners on base as the Lawrence University Vikings came away with the, 2-1, seven-inning non-conference victory at Whiting Field. Rain postponed the second game in what was originally scheduled as a doubleheader.

Schneider Field.
