DULUTH, Minn. - Junior Conner Blanck of No. 13/15 Marian University men's hockey has been named the NCHA Offensive Player of the Week announced the league office Wednesday.
Blanck (Fond du Lac, Wis.) had his second multi-point game of the season to help propel the Sabres past No. 10/11 St. Scholastica in the opener of the UW-Superior Showdown. Blanck recorded an assist on the first three Sabre goals to lead Marian to a 4-3 victory. The multi-assist performance was only the third of his career and propelled him to the team lead in assists with seven on the season. He is also currently tied for the team lead in points with 11. This is the first NCHA weekly award for Blanck in his career.

Marian returns home to open the 2019 portion of their season against MSOE tomorrow, Thursday, January 3, for a 4 p.m. puck drop.
