    For the fourth time this season, Marian University and St. Norbert College met on the ice in women's hockey, and once again, St. Norbert came away victorious. The teams met in the opening round of the NCHA Slaats Cup Playoffs with St. Norbert advancing with a 7-0 win.

    Hoping to right the ship following Friday night's loss to Concordia Wis., Marian took the ice on Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Ozaukee Ice Arena. Freshman Maddy Dixon made her first career start, but was unable to keep Concordia Wis. at bay, as Marian fell 5-2.

    After laying claim to victory on Friday night by a 5-2 margin, St. Scholastica returned to the Blue Line on Saturday, January 11 with the hopes of finishing off the Sabres for the weekend series. The quest would be derailed thanks largely in part to junior Amanda Waigand's third period hat-trick, as Marian pulled the upset 5-2.

It was no easy task in front of them, as UW-Superior entered the weekend ranked at No. 8 in the latest USCHO poll. Despite being labeled as the underdogs, the Sabres persevered and came out with a 2-2 draw on Saturday, Dec. 14.
